Arctic Access is a Center for Independent Living (CIL) and an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). We join a network of other CIL's throughout the state controlled and operated by people with disabilities on our boards of directors and within each staff. Each of the 50 states have their own unique versions of CIL's.
